Shipping Policy

At The Wholesome Dog Company, we deliver fresh, gently cooked meals that are frozen and carefully packed to arrive at your door in perfect condition.

Where We Deliver

We currently offer delivery to Cape Town and surrounding areas within an 80km radius. If you’re unsure whether your location falls within our delivery zone, please feel free to get in touch.

How It Works

  • All meals are shipped frozen, packed in insulated boxes with styrofoam liners and freezer gel packs to ensure they stay cold during transit.

  • Orders are delivered within 48 hours of being placed (excluding Sundays and public holidays).

  • You will receive a delivery confirmation and estimated arrival time once your order is on its way.

Important Delivery Tips

  • Please ensure someone is available to receive the delivery.

  • As our meals are frozen and preservative-free, we strongly encourage you to transfer them directly to your freezer upon arrival.

  • If you won’t be home during delivery, please let us know where we can safely leave your box (e.g., in a shaded area or with a neighbour). We cannot accept responsibility for spoilage due to delays in unpacking.
