Refund Policy

At The Wholesome Dog Company, we take pride in providing fresh, gently cooked meals that are frozen and delivered to your door. Due to the perishable nature of our products, we are unable to accept returns or resell any items once they have left our facility.

However, your satisfaction and trust are extremely important to us. If you believe there has been an error with your order, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Once we verify that the issue was due to our error (e.g. incorrect items sent, damaged packaging on arrival, missing products), we will gladly offer you either a full refund or store credit for the affected items.

To request a refund or credit:

  • Email us at orders@thewholesomedogco.com with your order number and a description (and photo, if applicable) of the issue.

  • Claims must be made within 48 hours of receiving your order.

We’re committed to doing right by our customers — and their dogs — so if something goes wrong, we’ll make it right.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food), custom products (such as special orders or personalised items).

Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item. 

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
