Why Should I Feed Fresh?
Fresh, the Way Nature (and Your Dog) Intended
Fresh isn’t dry. It’s not that gloopy wet stuff in tins. And it’s definitely not raw chicken wings on your nice white rug. Fresh means gently cooked — just enough to zap the nasty pathogens but still keep all the goodness that makes real food, well, real.We know there’s a big difference between a dog simply surviving and a dog truly thriving. With pet obesity, cancer, and diabetes climbing at worrying rates, more and more research shows just how powerful fresh, whole food can be — and how dodgy some commercial pet food processes really are.
Whether your pup is a picky princess, a bottomless vacuum, dealing with health hiccups or happily healthy, we’ve seen it time and again: switching to fresh food works wonders. Our own dogs proved it, our customers’ dogs prove it every day — more wag, less worry.
There’s no fancy secret here, no marketing hocus-pocus. Just real, fresh food made convenient. It’s still dog food — just finally done right.

What are the ingredients?
Every one of our recipes starts with clean, human-grade proteins, paired with simple whole foods and carefully balanced with essential vitamins and minerals. That’s it — nothing weird, nothing cheap, nothing you can’t pronounce.
We never touch feed-grade ingredients, and we don’t over-process our meals just to sit on a shelf for years. Instead, we keep things fresh and natural, so your dog gets the best nutrients possible.
All our ingredients are 100% human-grade, sourced from trusted food suppliers, local farms, and responsible producers who meet the same standards you’d expect for your own plate. Because if it’s not good enough for us, it’s definitely not good enough for them.

Do I Need To Refrigerate The Food?
Yes! Because our food is genuinely fresh and completely free from preservatives, you’ll need to treat it like real food — because that’s exactly what it is. Just keep it safely stored in your fridge or freezer until mealtime.
Freezer for up to 6 months, once defrosted serve within 4 days whilst refrigerated.
(Personal tip: take from freezer and defrost in the fridge for 24 hours – plan accordingly!)
Don’t worry, your delivery comes with a simple guide on how to store and serve it — no rocket science required, just fresh food made easy!
